Bread Making 101
In this class Chef Brad will guide the children to make two loaves of bread from scratch. Mixing and forming the loaves and using the dough to make fun things. Every child should master the skill of making bread by hand, from kneading the dough to forming loaves and baking the bread. Nothing compares to fresh baked bread and the skill to do it.
